project update:

i'm done with transferring all the vinyl tracks i have now.

i'm waiting on the escape (rix mix), and that should be it.

the cd single tracks and compilation tracks have all been ripped.

the final wav files for the whole project should be done this week.

i might be able to post preview MP3 versions at the ftp if there is interest,
a lot of the previous versions were low quality versions.

these are much, much better, especially the new vinyl rips, with noise reduction,
and click and crackle cleanup.

some of the vinyl rips sound as good as the cd rips.

the ones i'm posting from the blog are from the previous
old versions of the files. (for the vinyl ones).

i will have one overall version that has the best quality including cd-rips,
and another with alternate tracks including the vinyl rips if they
are duplicates.

let me know your thoughts, or if there is any interest.

most people seem to be ok with listening to the streaming tracks so far.

after this, we will move onto the deluxe album versions, which should
take awhile to do.
