Definitely darker lyrics. Would be nice to hear a demo with these of there ever was one. Kind of reminds me a dream I once had decades ago. I was being chased up the street from where I lived. I heard a gunshot and then jumped for cover, but I was hit. I felt it as it threw me forward, however, I got up only to look down at myself on the ground. Then I started to run from the scene. Then I woke up. That was a pretty crazy dream. I haven't thought about it in years...
