The 991 URL says it should have been released Wednesday 30th Jul 2003. The release is not listed on discogs for V2 Japan but there isnt anything else listed for 158 either

Just wondered if this ever made it out even as promo as the Twist (Remix) is listed which could be something previously unreleased. The AHDO page on wikipedia has no mention that this was planned / scrapped / promo only...
