The super deluxe remaster is now available to pre-order on iTunes UK and the 3 tracks are all downloadable now if you pre-order the whole super deluxe version.
Or... you could copy the soundcloud link to a web based mp3 converter based outside the UK that will rip it for you but obviously I wouldn't condone that!
