You see, this is what really makes me laugh, as a lawyer in the UK.
How can it POSSIBLY be the responsibility of the designer of a t-shirt that the woman gets assaulted when she wears it? She BOUGHT the shirt; she CHOSE to wear it... is she really so dumb that she had no idea how offensive it might be to certain sectors of the community?
Gimme a break.
Edit: That's not to say that the designer isn't an A1 asshole, though. Not least because of his ridiculous mullet hair-style!
