It's just an alias UW used for the John Peel show, just to be a little sneaky. It was mentioned a couple other times.
I don't think there was ever any question that it was Underworld, but if you really need validation, on the John Peel show, Mr. and Mrs. Christmas were credited for "Belfort Novatel Kipper", and on the 2008-04-23 Radio Broadcast, "Belfort Novatel Kipper" was credited to
Underworld. "Choppo" was that way too (one of the 2005 broadcasts).
Oh yeah, and all those Mr &Mrs Xmas song titles showed up on the Warner Chappell site under R&K.

Wikipedia, so it MUST be true.
