haha, i didn't realize craft was for just "sound" creations, but mods feel free to move this to a more suitable subform if need be. but speaking of music or mixes, i just did a track a couple days ago called "simmering paradise" inspired by all the vegetable stocks i've made these past few days. i'll upload that as a pairing with the recipe.

i've been reading an old culinary textbook that's on the recipe book shelf at my place, and i've finally familiarized myself with a few cooking techniques. been making my own stocks lately, i'm going to use the bones from the shanks today to make a brown lamb stock : ). once you get a few basics out of the way so many good flavors and textures come into focus. that and watching the Food Network 90% of the time i watch tv doesn't help either heh
