Maybe some Brits can help me out...i have an inkling from my childhood that Paddington Bear was discovered at Paddington Station on the day after Easter? My mom used to say "Happy Easter Monday, Paddington Bear!" when i was young. I' still saying it now, right or wrong.
On a related note, what color hat did he wear? My toys had yellow hat and boots, but when i visited London last year, the dolls all had red?! Maybe i had a knock-off?
