Mad Capsule Markets - Although they have disbanded, you've got to give them props for being Japan's only Digital Hardcore Techno Surf Punk Rock Electronic Metal band.

I can't say anything to back up this band, but when I was a college radio dj, I would always play their song 'Island'. Fantastic.
