Yup, I used the contact form, and e-mailed
help@liveherenow.co.uk, which is where the order notification came from. No response yet, but then it was Friday night. I'm a little trepidatious, because I've made several inquiries about things before, and they've never responded. However, it was never regarding an order screw-up like this, so hopefully they'll be more responsive.
