Thanks for the update. As was mentioned in the thread you linked, that's a pretty huge detail to leave out of the story. Glad to hear that it's not as bad as it initially seemed, but I'm still sick to death of the RIAA in all of this. Their time would be far better spent figuring out ways to develop with new media trends than it currently is in these witch-hunts that are destroying people's lives.
