IMO this limitation leads to nothing:
- It won't stop piracy. (DRM also does not)
- People who got the RiverRuns from UWlive v1 did not know about this limitation when they bought it.
- also it's fairly easy to circumvent at the moment...

So why was it introduced?

Hmm yeah. I can't see mine. But I don't think I dwl'd them more than once either. Odd.
