I thought they were formed in 1979, which suits me fine cos I think His N Hers is their best album (1994). And another band who have continued to make fantastic albums all their career are The Fall. Formed in 1978 I think, one of my favourite albums by them is Code Selfish from 1992. The Infotainment Scan from 1993 aint bad either
