The scene with the two kids and the trex did it for me as a little kid. That moment when the thunder/lightning strikes and the camera pulls in to the kids face absolutely sent a shiver down my spine like no other movie I've ever seen. But Jurassic Park didn't leave me scarred for life like Fire in the Sky did.
