I'm not sure if that's necessarily indicative of anything. 5 Foot 5 wasn't on the setlist either.

Someone mentioned it before. It's not actually a sample from Rez. The Rez sound sweeps as it moves up the octaves. This one just jumps the octave. Darren also used that same sample in Shake That Higher. You can hear it on his MySpace page.
