In response to Rog's lengthy and eloquent description of his defining moment, I will never forget March 1st 1999 (I kept a diary btw). Steve Lamacq had been playing KoS prior to the release of BF, and then, on its release, I heard Jumbo over the PA in Oxford's HMV one lunchtime. A few days later on March 1st, I popped into Virgin Records after work, clamped the headphones of the listening post at the top of the stairs to my ears, pressed "track 3", and listened to Jumbo.
