Cool idea. I know
http://www.spreadshirt.net (click Create) lets you ping them off a design/text and they turn it into a super-duper bespoke T for you; I've bought from them plenty of times - very quick turnaround and the quality is top bollock.
Only thing is, surely everyone'd just have DirtyNumbAngel (I know I would!)
