it's just that we hate "scenesters" who only like certain stuff b/c it's 'new' or is on a certain 'hot' label... like how Kompakt got cool for a while, or Outpost, or Ed Banger, or Ninja Tune... Mo Wax...

I mean - where people would buy shit just b/c it was released by a certain 'cool' label despite the actual quality of the product

...which is probably why everyone stopped caring about Outpost

...and people who I see at the local "iPod Nite" who basically just play whatever Pitchfork tells them is cool
