I don't think something like a "EE part 2" or another concert on DVD/HDDVD/BR is going to happen. EE was an unique project. Another concert recording can't really improve on this IMO.
There wouldn't be a point in a HD re-release anyway, as the even the DVD version was blurry like hell! But I agree that viewing this on a big screen would surely be very nice...
However a Kiteless/Footwear Repairs re-release on DVD with a proper 5.1 or stereo mix is long overdue I feel. Damn licensing issues! Lately I transferred my VHS copy to DVD, and I had to discover that even the HiFi-audio track was MONO!!!
