Hey all,
just a quick question...what's everyone using as a source for their mixes here? Strictly vinyl, or any CD or mp3s in there?
Reason i ask is, some people are purists about mixes, like...it's gotta be with turntables or if on a laptop, it's gotta be on the fly, or whatever. I'm no DJ, more the producer, so i like to make long edits/mixes on the PC. Is this cheating?
Certainly, lots of respect to all those who can do it on the fly...my beatmapping needs more work!
Just wanted to know if that was okay before i posted a "nonlive" mix!
