i thought that bit about being a real techno DJ (!!) and opening for Mayer probably came across as too star-struck. i don't even think i agree with him a lot (for one, he's completely up his arse about dubstep), but i still think he writes intelligently about techno. and i like having HIM around, since it'd be really easy to ignore (from a critical perspective). anyway, i appreciate it.
