Very good, made me jump a couple times (and the surround sound fucked up and was turned off so it wasn't just the music
).
Gore was realistic and disgusting, the acting from R. Lee Ermy was the best thing about the film(!), and the main chick was soooo dumb that the audience was literally laughing at her - and I love it when shit like that occurs.
Flawed but indeed FUN (and sick)!
