I've just got home (Witney, Oxon, UK) from the London passport office, so I am now in the hands of beaurocracy
However, all the ppl at the office I came into contact with (security, receptionist, cashier, and the lady who processed my re-newal) were all very friendly - they doubtless get some stick from sum ppl, so big-up the real ppl who work there
I'll be there if the 4 things work ie new passport arrives, payment to cocoon goes thro in time, I book a room, and I book travel - easy peasy!!
