my brother saw this at a screening in Toronto's film festival... he said it was
insane, the audience was howling with laughter and he was in tears. i think there was a standing ovation too, ppl are actually calling "borat" a masterpiece.
right now the movie has a staggering 9.4 average score on imdb. granted it has only 500 votes so far, but if it keeps going like this after 5000 votes it'd be the highest rated movie in imdb, taking down godfather and shawshank.
which in itself would be pretty funny
