I don't know whether Cocoon Club has any regulations on the age of visitors. But I do know that you may stay at "Tanzveranstaltungen" (= "dancing events") only up to midnight if aged 16 or 17 and not accompanied by a parent/legal guardian (
Sec. 5 Para. 1 of JuSchG). (Yes, in Germany there is a statute for any conceivable question of law. Yes, even for issues that are solved by common sense/arbitrary judicature in other countries.)
