Yeah, I had a little moment of nostalgia when I read about this yesterday. So many TOTP memories from when I was a little kid - the Christmas and New Year specials on in the background while we ate our lunch, the excitement of all the new glam rock bands when i was just getting into my teens. Drooling over the Bay City Rollers.
I dunno whether it is cos I am OLD, but I stopped watching it a few years ago now, so I can't really say that I will miss it as such. Just miss the idea of it being there really.
