The mix could be very sweet, provided the tracks transition well...i think it's best to wait and hear, though. If the styles/moods are really diverse, it might sound crappy mixed, no matter how technically smooth the transitions are. With mixes, it's largely about the track selection.
i'm glad things are moving forward on this! And i'm REALLY glad the deadline's moved back to later June (i'm defending my doctorate dissertation on June 8th, so afterwards i'll either be partyman Dr. Holden or drunk in a gutter. Either way, it should inspire some tunes
