What? It's an MP3 file. Just drag it into iTunes. For such a long "song", in iTunes, I like to go to the "Get Info" and under the "Options" tab, check the box that says "Remember playback position." Then it'll pick up playing where you left off last.
If you want to split the MP3 into different sections, you'll need some kind of MP3 splitter. On my Mac, I use
