Neu! '75 is my favorite and maybe one of my favorite krautrock albums period. Every song is good, really you can't go wrong with it. For Faust I can recommend So Far and Faust IV, certainly the most accessible ones.
As far as other krautrock, I'm not too sure...La Dusseldorf - Viva and Harmonia - Deluxe are good, but real tough to find. I'm starting to listen to Amon Duul and I'm liking them quite a bit...
