As far as I know, they are just "improvs", many of which have been performed over the years. Some only once! Discussion of these tracks have been

here. Oh, and it was Creamfields 2002, not 2003. A search for "Creamfields" may have got you the same results as me
Karl wore a wedding dress over his clothes for a promo photoshoot for the Riverrun series and I suppose thought it would be a nice touch to wear it at the Electraglide festival for the encore. Thats my take on things anyway.
