I guess you can't please everyone. For example, when I see the
Nacho Libre standee while at a theater it suddenly fills me with a wave of disgust and disdain. Nacho Libre standee Friday night eagerly talking about it would love this hypothetical film in my mind. But that's me. I don't really care for Jack Black, I like some things he's done, but then there are times when he really annoys me, much in the same way that I imagine Eckhart annoys you. Trying to stomach two hours of someone you loathe can be a very difficult task, despite the rave reviews.
