The Spanish promos came with no artwork. The Dutch BS promo has the STITI artwork with 'Underworld - Born Slippy' written on it. I have scans, if you're interested...where should I post the pics?
The Japanese KoS looks like the others, just another shade of green (turquoise). The French BS 12" is not very exciting, and won't fit in my scanner.
I think there's a pic on discogs.
