Our Thickness - The Russian Futurists: Any album this light and cheery sounding that's able to pull me in is a release of the year contender.
Before The Dawn Heals Us - M83: Amazing translation live puts it here where it belongs.
Both the Doves and New Order albums have pleased me greatly in an otherwise rather soft half year for music.
Junk- Coldplay, NIN, Daft Punk, Most of the Billy Corgan effort.
