"Part of Underworld" may be a big step. He has certainly been working with them on recent stuff and has been touring with them last year. I don't know whether that makes him a permanent member of the band or not (although it would be nice if he was
).
But yes, Darren Emerson has been flying solo since about 2000. Darren Price is now working with the band.
