Hmm, well, i'm not too surprised that DA3d is leaving, as the track has always seemed like a retread of King of Snake (at least to me
) and it doesn't change much throughout. Love the vocals and the beat, but it's not their best.
But really, is TMO a contender for it all? it's a great single, yes, and has a lot of fine elements (like the cowbell outtro, the Juanita speech, uplifting pads)? I think that MoMove and Luetin are more characteristic of the "feel" of the album, the dense rhythms they were using at the time, the rolling basslines and darkish lyrics that we know and love... That said, i think Luetin will win it all.
