Augh, it's driving me mad too now, damn it.
I just went through most of the cowgirls from the 02/03 tour bootlegs and couldn't find it on any of them. I'm not even sure whether it was done during cowgirl actually, or whether it was in KoS.

Found it! It's in King of Snake from the 1999 Fuji Rock festival recording posted on Underworld live. So you were right in it being an official source.
