well all my records & CDs are near the exits / windows, so i'd chuck them out...
mmm...one thing....probably the Confusion the Waitress Acetate, just because i'll never see that again...
the rest i could get hold of again if the insurance company paid out...i do have a £7,000 (collection) 'clause' on my insurance - and it would be kinda fun shopping for it all again...whether i would is a different matter...
perhaps i should sleep in all my T-shirts, trainers and stuff, just in case, so i take as much with me when it goes up
