I would wait till the entire artist line-up is posted. At least when I go to that link, it skips right to the purchase tickets area.
when I went there to see UW... it was really packed and hard to get to the area where UW were. On top of that, I had to sit through sets by Oakenfold and Tiesto.
When I was there - my dad had somehow scammed his way into the VIP. Which, seemed only worth it if you were there literally for the whole day.
...and if you happened to ever want to go to the bathroom.
There was only like one small pathway to get into like the 'main stage' area, and all the restrooms were on the opposite side of where this event was (a very large area to trek)
also - at least when I went, the way djs/performers were organized was kinda shitty. It was a bunch of cheesey artists and boring dj's for most of the day, then all the ones I wanted to see were clumped within a short period of time - on opposite areas
