Open the cue file you just saved above in mp3directcut and then using the Save Split... option with "%N %D - %T" and number starting at 01, it created 01 Underworld - Food A Ready.mp3 etc. Unfortunately it doesnt create ID3v2 tags, only v1.1, but Winamp can copy to v2 and then you can add the same comments that were in the original mp3.

For mp3 tag editing, I recommend The Godfather which is a "postcardware" app. Its great at copying tags around and is also a great file renamer.
I can't take full credit for the cue files as Goatsucker also made them and got there first so thank him too.
