I guess I'll never know if it was worth it since I didn't go. I know it would have been a great show, especially reading everyone's recommendations, but I haven't been holding my breath for months in quivering anticipation waiting to see LCD Soundsystem. More of a "Hey, this would be good show to see" thing. Tickets seemed pricey for some reason, and I would have been flying solo. Mkb wins by default since the money was spent on beer.

I did pick up the Juan Maclean album on kind of a whim this week. I'd heard good things and remember liking the tracks on the latest DFA comp before someone thiefed it from my radio station. It's pretty solid, but it hasn't caught me yet. It just seems to be lacking kick or something.
