Karl's syncopation with the beat is just freaking awesome. This is why I don't mind the vocoder, the words just kind of blend in with the beat and it sounds like another instrument. It's a shame that some of you are voicing disapproval, I'm freaking excited for this album now!
And yeah, people have made music that sounds similar to this but this still has a sound that belongs exclusively to Underworld. I'm also excited to find out what Pete Tong might've meant when he said that UW was gearing up for the next phase in their career...
