Yes. Every Blu-ray disc is a UDF volume that can contain data in addition to the BDMV application.
However, with the total Drift runtime coming in at about 4 hours (if we estimate the runtimes of the last two episodes being 0.5-0.75 hours each), that's pretty much stretching the limit of 1080p video that you can put on a single BD-50 disc, so there's not really going to be any room for data.
Also, I think this was mentioned in the sleeve notes, but I think we're still due one more Necks jam, which could significantly increase the runtime of one of the episodes.
