I think it has. And the other Italian track too. Because they're been played back at the wrong speed. They're about 2.5% too fast.

Edit: This is crazy. Not only that, but it appears they were sourced from MP3 files. This is the frequency cutoff for both those tracks:

What did they do, source them from MP3 files of a bad vinyl rip found on P2P?
