I'm very jealous although I was at the Temptation 1 gig in Manchester a couple of nights before the Ali Pali gig and that was pretty awesome too! I remember New Order messing up their opening track a couple of times!
I wish there was an as good quality recording of the Manchester night as the Ali Pali one!
One thing I can't work out though is that both these gigs were before any of the Beaucoup Fish releases but I seem to remember having already heard King Of Snake and I think Push Upstairs and Bruce Lee somehow (I remember being disappointed as I didn't like BL). I think they might have played previews on the evening session on Radio 1 in late 1998, can anyone else remember this? or am I making it up? Maybe I just thought I'd not heard those ones before so they must be new?
