well, most of it was on the original yahoogroups forum,
i don't i posted much to rstr.
the rest is on this forum.
at this point, i can convert the book scans to a PDF
but running it through OCR will be a pain, due to the crazy
but cool typography.
i am highlighting the pages that have actual lyrics.
so the long answer to your question, is yes, i am compiling it here.
