You're talking about these promo singles, like this Ova Nova one, right? There hasn't been a retail album single since Scribble, which had a 12", and you'd have to go all the way back to Crocodile (or BBB in Japan) for a retail CD single, which also happens to be the last one with a B-side (Peach Tree).
