Actually, they've been rather fortunate that way. Neither OwB nor Barking leaked before the Japanese release date.

Unfortunately, no. I have heard that of those who have heard it they think it might be the best track on the album.

Yeah, it is rather short. Certain tracks will be on repeat a lot for me, but there's not many to choose from.
