Look in your e-mail for an e-mail from
do-not-reply@underworldlive.com for your original order receipt or any order updates. At the top of any of those e-mails, you'll see a link that says "Live Receipt". That link will take you to the current, live status of your order. Towards the bottom of your Live Receipt you'll see a "Shipping" section which will tell you the current shipping status of your Rez 12".
