Poised...
I feel super-lucky to have a friend who's a South Bank member who only *just* managed to get me a ticket, but I have so many friends who went for pre-sale tickets yesterday only to be disappointed and it looks like loads of people on here had the same experience.
It doesn't seem very fair that only people who pay a premium for memberships/ordering an album they probably already own get a chance to go see them live
