Just double checked. Turns out my chronology was wrong, the US tour was AFTER the japanese tour, so all the US stops had the windup as well as the Japanese. First recording I have with it is the October 10th recording at Zepp Osaka in Japan. Last I have without is the September 15th Maida Vale recording. So somewhere in that month it saw it's genesis.
